Who we are
newbeejobs (newbeejobs.com, "we" or "us") is an independent website that helps beginners and entry-level job seekers find employers, and lets employers and households post openings. We are not an employer, staffing agency or recruiter. This policy covers newbeejobs.com, including its Spanish pages, employer accounts and beebuddy. It does not cover employer websites or other sites we link to.

When any page loads, our hosting and network providers (Netlify, and Cloudflare for our domain and beebuddy), and Google Fonts, receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, because that's how web pages are delivered. Employer account pages also load a code library from jsDelivr. These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies.
Applications
Apply on employer website. Most listings send you to the employer's own website. What you submit there goes to that employer under its privacy practices. We don't receive it.
Apply through newbeejobs. For jobs posted with us, "Apply by email" opens your own email app with a message to the employer that you fill in and send. Before you send it, the job page names the employer that will receive it.
- For postings made through an employer account, the email also copies (CC) hello@newbeejobs.com so we can help if something goes wrong. That copy stays in our email inbox until it's deleted. Email us to have it deleted.
- For other jobs posted with us, the email goes only to the employer. We don't get a copy.
- We count that the Apply button was tapped. We don't record who tapped it.
- Applying never signs you up for our emails.
The employer decides who to hire and is responsible for how it uses your application. We ask employers to use applicant information only for hiring (see our Employer Posting Terms), but we can't delete copies an employer already received. To have an application removed from an employer's records, contact that employer.
beebuddy (our AI helper)
beebuddy first looks for a scripted answer in your browser. Only when none matches does it send your message to our helper on Cloudflare. What it sends: your message, your language, and your last few chat turns (shortened). Our helper looks up related passages from newbeejobs.com and asks Cloudflare Workers AI to write a reply using open AI models that Cloudflare runs (currently Google's Gemma and Meta's Llama). The "turn what I did into resume words" tool works the same way.
- Our helper's code does not save chats. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to limit very fast repeat requests and is not stored.
- Cloudflare states that it does not use content processed by Workers AI to train models, and that standard requests are not kept after the reply is returned.
- The chat you see is kept only in your open browser tab.
- AI can make mistakes. beebuddy gives general guidance, not legal, medical or financial advice. Please don't type Social Security numbers, bank details, ID documents or other sensitive information.
Click counts
When you click an employer's button, the site sends our helper on Cloudflare the employer, job ID, area, tab, language, where on the site it was clicked, and whether it opened the employer's site or a job page on newbeejobs. The helper adds the date and time and stores it in a Cloudflare database. It does not store your IP address, name or any ID for you. It uses your IP address briefly in memory so repeat clicks within five minutes count once, and it skips known bots. We use these counts to see which listings help people and how many visitors we send employers. Employers with accounts see view and apply-tap counts for their own postings.
Cookies and browser storage
newbeejobs does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't use third-party ad trackers. We store a few small settings in your browser's local storage so the site works the way you left it:
- Your language choice and whether you prefer list or grid view.
- Whether you've already seen beebuddy's greeting.
- If you're an employer, your sign-in session (set by Supabase).
You can clear these at any time in your browser settings. Because we don't track you across other websites, we treat all browsers the same whether or not they send "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. We don't allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites through newbeejobs.
Who receives information
- Service providers that run the site for us: Formspree (forms), Supabase (employer accounts and postings), Cloudflare (domain, beebuddy, click counts), Netlify (hosting), Brevo (sending email), Google (our email inbox and web fonts) and jsDelivr (a code library on account pages).
- Employers, when you choose to apply to them.
- The public, for what you choose to publish (see below).
- Others when required: if needed to follow the law, respond to valid legal requests, protect people's safety, or investigate fraud or misuse. If newbeejobs is reorganized or sold, information may transfer as part of that, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. Sponsors never receive visitors' personal information.
What becomes public
- Job postings: business name, job title and description, pay, hours, minimum age, neighborhood or city and ZIP code, and how to apply (the apply email or link). Phone numbers and contact names on employer accounts are not shown.
- Local gigs: what you need, city, pay, days and times, and whatever contact information you put in the details. Please leave out your home address and anything sensitive.
- Sponsors: sponsor name, logo and website, always labeled as a sponsor.
Published content can be seen and copied by anyone, including search engines.
How long we keep information
We have not yet set fixed deletion schedules. Until we do:
- Form submissions and emails stay in our Formspree account and email inbox until we delete them. We delete them when you ask, unless we need to keep something to resolve a report, prevent fraud or follow the law.
- Job-email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Employer postings stay in Supabase until the employer deletes them or the account is deleted. Expired postings are no longer shown.
- Click counts don't identify anyone and may be kept to track how the site is doing.
Your choices and requests
- See, correct or delete information you gave us: email hello@newbeejobs.com from the address you used. We may ask a question to confirm the request is yours. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
- Stop job emails: reply "unsubscribe" or email us. We'll stop within 10 business days.
- Employers: edit, close or delete postings in your dashboard, and email us to delete your account.
- Applications: contact the employer for anything they received. Email us to delete any copy we received.
California residents
California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) applies to businesses that meet certain size thresholds. Whether or not it applies to us, we offer everyone the requests listed above. In the last 12 months we have collected these categories, from you directly and from your device, for the purposes described in this policy:
- Identifiers and contact details, such as name, email and phone (employer accounts only).
- Professional or employment information, such as job postings and, when copied to us, applications.
- General location, such as city, area and ZIP code. We don't collect precise location.
- Internet activity, such as anonymous click counts and the messages you send beebuddy.
We don't sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We don't share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are under 18 and posted something on newbeejobs, such as feedback or a report, you can ask us to remove it. Removal may not delete copies others already made.
California pay scale rules for job postings are covered in our Employer Posting Terms.
Age
newbeejobs is for people 16 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 sent us information, email us and we'll delete it. If you are under 18, talk with a parent or guardian before you apply, interview or accept any job or gig.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), database rules that keep employer contact details private, and limited admin access. No website can promise perfect security, so please don't send us sensitive information like Social Security numbers or bank details.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and change the effective date above. If a change is significant, we'll also note it on the site.
