- newbeejobs helps you find employers and openings. We don't hire, and we can't promise any job or result.
- Be honest, be respectful, and never use the site to scam, discriminate or put anyone at risk.
- We review postings and can edit, decline or remove anything that breaks these rules.
- Employers also follow our Employer Posting Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use newbeejobs.com. When you create an account or submit a posting, we'll ask you to check a box to agree. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What newbeejobs is
newbeejobs is a free website that lists employers and openings for beginners and people with little experience, offers a resume builder, job-readiness tips and an AI helper called beebuddy, and lets employers and households post openings and local gigs. We are not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter or background-check service, and we are not a party to any job, gig or hiring decision.
Many listings come from employers' own career pages, which we check and link to. Unless a listing says it was posted by the employer, the employer did not post it with us and isn't affiliated with us.
3. No guarantee of a job
We don't guarantee that any listing is open, accurate or current, that you'll get a reply or an interview, or that you'll be hired. Pay, hours and minimum ages can change and vary by position and location. Always confirm details on the employer's own application.
4. Who can use newbeejobs
newbeejobs is for people 16 and older. If you're 16 or 17, talk with a parent or guardian before you apply, interview or accept any job or gig, and check whether you need a work permit. You must be 18 or older to create an employer account or post a job or gig.
5. Other websites
Apply buttons and other links can take you to websites run by employers and other companies, including YouTube videos beebuddy suggests. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, hiring decisions or privacy practices.
6. Accounts
Keep your password private and your account information accurate. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away at hello@newbeejobs.com if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. What you post
You're responsible for what you post, including job postings, gig posts, feedback and reports. You confirm you have the right to post it and that it's accurate and lawful. You keep ownership of your content. You give newbeejobs permission to display, store, format, translate and share it on the site and in promoting the posting, for as long as it's posted and as needed afterward to run the site and handle reports.
8. Rules for everyone
Don't use newbeejobs to:
- Post fake, misleading or expired openings, or impersonate a business or person.
- Ask job seekers to pay to apply, train or get hired, or to buy products, starter kits or equipment as a condition of a job.
- Collect Social Security numbers, bank details or ID documents before a real job offer, or run phishing, pyramid or other scams.
- Discriminate unlawfully, including based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
- Offer work that is unsafe or illegal, or that breaks child-labor rules for workers under 18.
- Harass, threaten or exploit anyone, or contact minors for anything other than a legitimate, lawful job or gig.
- Post anyone's home address or sensitive personal information without their permission.
- Upload malware, try to break into the site or accounts, overload the site, or copy listings in bulk with automated tools.
9. Reporting and moderation
Use "Report this listing" on any listing, or email hello@newbeejobs.com, to tell us about scams, unsafe work, discrimination or wrong information. We review reports by hand. While we look into a report we may hide a listing. We may edit postings for clarity or format, decline them, remove them, or suspend an account at our discretion, especially to protect job seekers. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.
10. beebuddy and the resume builder
beebuddy uses scripted answers and, when none match, AI. AI can make mistakes. beebuddy and our guides give general guidance, not legal, medical, financial or immigration advice. Check important information yourself. Don't type Social Security numbers, bank details, ID documents or other sensitive information into beebuddy. The resume builder works in your browser. You're responsible for checking your resume before you use it.
11. Sponsors and pricing
Sponsors pay to be featured and are always labeled as sponsors. Sponsorship isn't an endorsement. newbeejobs is free for job seekers. Posting is free for employers during our introductory period; see the Employer Posting Terms for how any future pricing would work.
12. Our content and trademarks
The newbeejobs name, the bee logo, beebuddy and the site's design and wording belong to newbeejobs. You may share links and use the resume builder for your own job search, but please don't copy the site or its listings for another service without permission.
13. Disclaimers and limits
newbeejobs is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises about the site beyond what these terms say, and we aren't responsible for the actions of employers, households, applicants or other users, or for losses from using the site or relying on listings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, note it on the site. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
